Welcome to Digital Banner App ("we," "us," "our"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Digital Poster & Video Maker App ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, create, or share through the App, including images, videos, logos, text, and other media ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary for the operation of the App.

d. Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, designs, graphics, and features provided by the App ("App Content") are the exclusive property of Digital Banner App. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App Content for personal or commercial use within the scope of the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any App Content without our prior written consent.

4. User-Generated Content

By creating or sharing content using the App:

• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use the content.
• You grant us permission to use your content for promotional purposes, without compensation.
• We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Payment and Subscription

Some features of the App may require a purchase or subscription. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and subscription plan selected at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

a. Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage your subscription through your device’s app store settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App or the information, content, or materials included. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Banner App and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content or data.
• Any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Banner App, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
