• All subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Digital Banner App are non-refundable, including but not limited to the Privilege Subscription and all other subscription plans.
• By completing a purchase, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement, regardless of dissatisfaction or change of mind.

2. Customer Support and Issue Resolution

• If you encounter any technical issues or problems with our services, you may:
• Raise a ticket in the app’s Customer Help and Support section, providing detailed information about the issue, or

• Our support team will review your complaint and work to resolve any technical problems. However, If the issue is not deemed genuine, your complaint will still be noted, and we will consider it for further resolution or improvements.

3. Agreement

• By using the Digital Banner App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree with this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• You acknowledge and agree that you will not claim or allege anything against Digital Banner concerning the digital content provided by the app.

4. No Waiver

• The rights and remedies available under this Cancellation and Refund Policy may be exercised as often as necessary and are cumulative, not exclusive of rights or remedies provided by law.
• A waiver of any right or remedy under this policy is effective only if given in writing. Delay in exercising or the non-exercise of any right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other right.
